Chief Carl O. Heynen Scholarship
All Fire Technology Or Fire Service Paramedic Students are eligible.
Criteria
Minimum GPA required = 3.00.
Financial need considered.
For a fire technology or fire service paramedic student
Eligible students
Continuing Student (enrolling full time at SRJC in Public Safety Training Course - 12 units each semester) for Fall and Spring
Transferring Student (enrolling full time at a four-year institution - 12 units each semester)
Amount of Award
There will be five awards totaling $1,850.00. Specific amounts to be determined. (Awards will be divided into two payments; One half paid in Fall, one half paid in Spring.)
